GARAGE & MAIN FLOOR​​

• We deliver the new water heater in the factory box to your home free of charge.

• Limited to typical garage and first-floor access, multi-level homes require additional labor.

• A flat-level concrete or paved pathway is required—additional charges for rough terrain.

• The customer is responsible for providing a safe and clear pathway (36" wide), 

• Some stairways, marble floors, or other obstacles may involve additional charges.

• The water heater will be moved to the installation location and unpacked, and all cardboard and waste removed.

 

SECOND OR MORE FLOORS​

• Water heaters 75 gallons and above located up a flight of stairs will be replaced with a tankless water heater only.

• All water heaters 75-gallon and above must be removed by others.

 

IN ATTICS

• Gas water heaters 75 gallons and above located in the attic space will be replaced with gas tankless water heaters only.

• Older water heaters 75-gallon and above must be removed by others.

 

DIFFICULT DELIVERY

• Due to outside terrain, types of walkways and stairways, second or multiple floors, marble/tile/wood floors, etc., additional charges may apply to protect your flooring and complete the installation with an extra workforce.

• We reserve the right to decline installations and deliveries that involve the risk of personal injury or property damage and unreasonable requests.
